Today wears a frown

Below sad pitless eyes

And a painful Expression

After discarding a bucket full of plastic smiles

Used to hide the pain

That breathes in today and sins below darkened skin

Poisoning and deafening secret thumping blood

As today lies in misery all too clear to her mind

Too invisible to others that pass

Deflected by the painted painful smiles

So eyes are avoided.

Today feels the pain as she waits for tommorrow
